Frozen Butternut Squash in the Air Fryer

This dish is perfect for busy weeknights when you want something tasty but don't have a lot of time to spend in the kitchen. Simply toss the frozen squash in the air fryer and cook it until it's nice and crispy. This is a quick and easy way to get your daily dose of vegetables, and it tastes great too!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb frozen cubed butternut squash
  • 1 Tbsp extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the air fryer to 400°F.
  • Mix all ingredients (frozen butternut squash, olive oil, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper) in a medium bowl.
  • When the air fryer is preheated, spray the basket with cooking spray and add the squash in a single layer.
  • Cook for 10 minutes or until the squash is browned. Flip the squash about 6 minutes into the cooking time. Enjoy!
